- We are looking for ACCOUNTING & ADMIN ASSISTANT - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to Accounting Manager
- Work in Accounting team of 2 members
- Participate in daily accounting routine in AR & AP
- Assist for Monthly Closing & Annual Audit
- Perform office administrative support
- Monitor & order stationery & office supplies
- Arrange maintenance of office equipment
- Coordinate with contractors / suppliers for office admin role
- Accounting studies
- Over 1 year experience in accounting, preferable in trading or manufacturing companies
- Proficient in English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
- Enjoy working in a small and fast pace office
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 14 days
- Medical benefit
- Work life balance : no overtime work is required
