Responsibilities
- Manage insurance programs on operation risks of the company and provide support on various risk management functions, including onsite risk assessment, in-house advices, claims monitoring and trends analysis etc.
- Liaise with different Line Of Business for potential risk scenarios and parks for benchmarking, to prepare proper BCPs for various business interruption scenarios at Hong Kong Disneyland.
- Drive broker selection for operations and construction insurance coverage, as part of the risk management strategy to minimise risk exposure and drive cost efficiency.
- Responsible for various annual insurance renewal and claims management particularly on cast members' work injury, guest claims and property damage, as well as good liaison with insurers.
- Liaise with Corporate Risk Management on various risk management matters.
- Identify liquidity risks arising from business operation and recommend risk mitigation measures.
Requirements
- Work experience with insurers and detailed understanding in various insurance programs and claim management.
- Independent contributor with critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills and experienced in presentations.
- Familiar with Microsoft office, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Cantonese.
