• To carry out valuations for IPO, SPAC, M&A, digital assets (crypto/ICO/STO/NFT), litigations and financial reporting purposes
• To develop new and modify existing pricing models of financial instruments (e.g. bonds/convertible debts/options/warrants/forwards/futures/swaps/contingent assets & liabilities or other derivatives)
• To perform due diligence, feasibility studies, financial analysis, investment research and other related corporate finance advisory for listed and private clients
• To conduct market research, data mining & analysis, modelling and report writing
• To work closely with clients, auditors, lawyers, financial advisors, sponsors, funds, HKEx/SFC/SEC, experts and other professionals on various capital raising projects
• To provide technical supports to co-workers

 Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Business/Quantitative Finance/Financial Engineering/Actuarial Science/Computer Science/ Mathematics/Information Engineering or related disciplines
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experiences but fresh graduates will also be considered
• Candidates without relevant work experiences but demonstrate good knowledge of programming and solid skills of modelling are very welcome
• Profound knowledge and good command of modelling and programming such as VBA, Python, R, Matlab and JavaScript etc.
• Experience in using data analysis and product pricing of Bloomberg would be an advantage but not a must
• Holder/candidate of professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, FRM, CAIA or CESGA will have an advantage
• Responsible, independent, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Willing to travel on business needs
