Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- International forwarder and logistics service provider
- We offer both seafreight and airfreight service
- Asia Pacific : China (8 offices); SE Asia (10 offices)
- We are looking for FINANCE MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Qualified member of HKICPA / ACCA
- Minimum 10 years’ accounting/finance experience, experience in PRC accounting is preferable
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, compliance and procedures
- Experience in forwarders/shipping/logistics service providers is a plus (not a must)
- Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer
- Work in Accounting team of 6 members in HK office
- Oversees daily accounting operations (HK and China Branches) to ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting transaction records
- Enhance the operating and reporting procedures to cope with operational needs of the business
- Prepare Consolidated financial statement, forecast, budget and management reports
- Monitor Cashflow
- Support year-end audit and taxation
- Review accounting prepared by China offices
- China trip once per month when free HK/China border
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary
