Job Description
Administration Assistant (Exhibition & Event organizer)
Responsibilities:
- To handle visitor, exhibitor and others client ‘application
- To deal with payment supporting (invoice and receipt issues)
- To deal with the advertisement agreements
- To generate sales reports
- *Onsite event support (5% in a work)
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- Proficiency in Ms Office
- Good command of English & Chinese
- Chinese & English typing
- Good communication, organizational & interpersonal skills
- Patient & attentiveness to details
