Description

• Preparing the regulatory reports to the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC)
• Preparing daily SFC liquid capital requirement and HKMA Liquidity Maintenance Ratio
• Implementing controls over the financial reporting and regulatory reporting to comply with the group's risk management framework
• Participating in internal and external audit and tax reporting to local authority
• Preparing the month-end closing and assisting in group financial reporting
• Reviewing the basis of intercompany transfer pricing arrangement and cost recharges
• Assisting in businesses and finance initiatives and projects as and when required
• Taking part in UAT and testing for projects related to system migration and upgrade

Profile

• University Degree or Equivalent, professional accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AICPA)
• Experience in Big 4 audit firms with 3-5 years of experience, preferably in Financial Services Group
• A good knowledge of investment banking products and services
• Previous investment banking experience in a Finance related role is a plus
• Knowledge of the HKMA and SFC regulatory reporting requirements preferred
