Our client is a leading beauty retail brand worldwide, and they are now hiring a FP&A Manager mainly responsible for all Financial Planning & Analysis duties.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly sales analysis report and involving in variance analysis against budget
• Handling weekly cash flow forecast, budgeting and forecasting plan
• Preparing monthly financial reports including P&L and Balance sheet
• Participating in business partnering between HK departments
• Conducting performance analysis regarding on the HK business and sales performance
• Performing in system implementation

Profile

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy or other finance related discipline
• CPA or CFA qualification
• Minimum 7 years of FP&A experiences in retail and MNC companies
• Experiences in cost optimization, expenses control and system implementation are highly preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Independent, self-motivated and proactive
• Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel)
