About Our Client
Our client is a European MNC and one of the leaders in the Freight Forwarding industry. Due to their continuous expansion in the APAC region, they are now seeking a Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst in their Hong Kong APAC regional office.
Responsibilities
Our client is a European MNC and one of the leaders in the Freight Forwarding industry. Due to their continuous expansion in the APAC region, they are now seeking a Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst in their Hong Kong APAC regional office.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare monthly management accounting reports with an explanation of the variance between actual and budget/forecast
- Work collaboratively with various internal parties in the region to acquire or provide the information needed for analysis/reporting / budgeting/forecasting
- Develop, maintain and improve analytical models
- Support other ad-hoc business assignments as required
- Report to CFO APAC
- Degree in Accounting / Finance or related majors
- 2 years of relevant experience in financial analyst / financial accounting
- Strong Excel skill is a must
- Regional exposure with strong analytical skills
- Confident of presenting numbers in front of management
- Well-versed in other applications in Microsoft Office such as Word, PowerPoint
- Proficiency in written English and Chinese; spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Advantages will be given to candidates with experience in the logistic industry or skills in VBA Macro / PowerBI
