Job Description
Job Descriptions
l Provide quality sales administrative supporting services to our Sales team.
l Coordinate with the Clients and logistic department
l Maintain and update sales and customer records, perform routine accounting functions
l Prepare quotation, invoice and bank reconciliation document
l Arrange payment and remittance, perform clerical duties such as scanning and filing
l Support any general administrative & clerical work in ad-hoc basis
Requirements
l F.6 or above
l Minimum 2 years solid experience
l Good interpersonal & communication skills
l Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
l Self-motivated, independent and aggressive in meeting targets
l Ability to work under pressure
