Risk Management Manager

About the Company

Our client is a private Hong Kong conglomerate with strong business presence in the Greater China. Currently, they are establishing a Risk Management Manager role in their group audit team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Group Internal Audit Director, you will work independently for enterprise risk management. You will be responsible for implementing the risk management framework. You will improve the mechanism in identifying, analysing, mitigating and reporting risks. You will communicate with different business units for risk registers. You will conduct risk assessment and prepare group risk reports. You will design and hold trainings to improve risk awareness. Last but not least, you will help to maintain risk management documents and databases.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 5 - 6 years of relevant work experience, with a significant focus on enterprise risk management
• CPA/CIA/CISA or equivalent
• Risk advisory experience from Big 4 is required
• Risk management, compliance, internal control experience gained from a sizeable corporation in the commercial field is a plus
• Independent, analytical, proactive and able to multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Traveling frequency by default (0 - 20%)
