Head of Tax

Our client is a reputable conglomerate with business globally. They are now seeking a Head of Tax to join their team.

Duties:

• Report to General manager of Finance
• Responsible for all international tax compliance of the Group
• Provide tax advisory on M&A, restructuring and due diligence of the Group
• Lead transfer pricing and tax audit projects of the Group
• Keep up to date with tax laws/regulations 
• Manage and give guidance to the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounts/Finance or equivalent
• HKICPA/CPA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
• At least 13+ years relevant working experience in Big Four with commercial experience in tax will be an advantage
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
• Excellent communication skills and good leadership skills
