Job Description
Assist in general HR administration work including interview arrangement, report preparation, database maintenance and other general clerical support.
Responsibilities
- To provide support on daily HR operations including interview arrangement, new hire process, work permit applications, training logistics arrangement, filing, report generation, etc.
- To maintain the database in HRIS
- To prepare presentation materials and report analysis
- To participate in HR projects when necessary
Requirements
- Undergraduate or Higher Diploma Graduate in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Prior human resources internship experience is preferred
- Effective communicator with good presentation and analytical skills
- Detail minded, well organized and sense of responsibilities
- Good command in English and Mandarin
- Good at MS Office especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Candidates with commitment to work on part time basis (2-3 days per week)

Mobility systems are designed to make transport more agile, optimise network capacity and efficiency, and facilitate travel while improving people and traffic flows, saving energy and curbing greenhouse gas emissions. Our portfolio covers such solutions as communication-based train control and signalling systems, integrated communications and supervision systems and revenue collection systems.
Security solutions cover such areas as citizen protection, anti-terrorism, protection of critical infrastructure and information technology security (ITS). Specifically, our ITS offer encompass network encryption, data storage security for data, transaction security, PIK/Password/PIN/Data encryption, security system management and identity management.
