Responsibilities:

l   Assist for a full spectrum of HR functions such as manual payroll calculation, MPF administration, attendance & leave management, final payment, taxation, benefits & insurance administration;

l   Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and work close with security external parties (such as Security Guard);

l   Handle staff roster on time;

l   Provide support to office administration.

l   Perform any ad hoc assignments/projects as required.

Requirements:

l   Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferred.

l   at least 1-year relevant work experience or above;.

l   Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related ordinances.

l   High level of accuracy, independent, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, able to work under pressure and sensitive to figures.

l   Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.

l   Fresh graduate is welcome
