Responsibilities

• Plan and implement mass recruitment by exploring potential and innovative methods
• Handle full spectrum recruitment process including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, extending offer and onboard arrangement etc.
• Work proactively to develop close working relationships with operations to understand the manpower requirements of various projects and respond to their staffing needs
• Maintain and update the employee database in HRIS
• Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years HR experience
• Sensitive to figures and attentive to details
• Proactive and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferred
• Working location: Kwun Tong
