Job Description

 Senior HR & Administration Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in HR and Administration functions including pre-employment and post-employment such as recruitment, benefits and staff relations;
  • Handle payroll calculation, MPF, tax return, and ect;
  • Maintain and update staff data records and filing system;
  • Compile HR related reports;
  • Coordinate staff relations;
  • Manage daily office administration and resource distribution, etc.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HR Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years  working experience in HR and general office administration field
  • Strong ability in organization and coordination; can interact with different parties
  • Loyal, self-motivated, strong communications skills, independent and proactive
  • Proficient with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Strong command of written and spoken English & Chinese including Mandarin is a MUST

 •為人性格忠誠, 能忠心的為公司管理辦公室行政事務,需具備高度綜合能力,對公司員工 - 例如前台, 司機, 清潔員 - 的日常工作及所有辦公室事務進行管理及協調;  

•處理公司人事行政, 例如就業前後如招聘,薪酬福利和員工關係; 

•處理工資計算,強積金,報稅,醫療報銷等事宜; 

•維護和更新員工數據系統和備案制度記錄; 

•彙編人力資源相關報告; 

•有高度能力協調員工關係等人事工作;

申請資格:

•為人個性忠誠,能自我激勵,有優良溝通能力,獨立,積極主動 

•持有相關大學學位 

•在人力資源和辦公室行政管理領域至少 5年以上的工作經驗 

•熟悉僱傭條例及相關法規 ,了解公司法

•工作能力,組織能力及協調能力要強,能與各方互動 

•熟練使用MS Office和中文輸入法操作 

•優良中英文書面和口語表達能力,包括必须操流利普通話
