Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, C&B, performance management, training & development, employee relations
- Work independently in payroll, taxation and MPF administration
- Assist in executing, reviewing and formulating HR related polices and procedures
- Assist in any ad hoc projects and events as assigned
Requirements :
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- 2-3 year’s relevant working experience
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and Human Resources practices in Hong Kong
- Solid payroll experience in sizable organizations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Experience in HRIS implementation would be an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good communication and organization skills
- Strong at numeric or statistical computation
- Immediate available is preferred
