Key Responsibilities

• General office administrative and management works
• Ensure office operations/procedures are organized
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties in relation to all fitness centres and office administration
• Support Managing Director – business operation, meeting management, reports, data/system update etc.
• Support HR Manager - personnel data updates, recruitment, orientation, attendance/ leave management, monthly payroll, staff benefits, etc. 
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Bachelor Degree in Administration/HR or related qualification  
• 5 years office administration experience and senior management supporting experience
• MNC experiences and experience in managing multiple offices a plus 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management, attention to details and self-efficient.  Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS office software and Chinese typing
• Ability to work in a fast pace, diversified and team environment
• MUST fluent in both written and spoken English
