Job Description
- Responsible for talent acquisition, HRIS maintenance, leave and HR administrations, employee relations for our retail and wholesale businesses
- Handle the entire talent acquisition process of frontline and junior office positions, starting from job description formulation, job posting, interviews, offer making, on boarding arrangement and formalities to probation management
- Partner with Payroll Services Team in monitoring the entire payroll administration process for ensuring on time and accurate payroll is delivered
- Monitor the staff data and records in HRIS and Time Management System, tackle the system errors with local IT Team and centralized HRIS Team from time to time
- Support annual exercises including staff insurance renewal and performance appraisal
- Perform general HR administration duties and prepare routine HR reports
- Arrange staff festive gifts and organize employee relations activities
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources or Business Administration or related disciplines
- 2 years or above hands-on work experience in HR field, preferably in retail industry
- Familiar with HRIS, with experience in SAP will be an advantage
- Well organized, detail-oriented and a good team player
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Immediately available is preferred but not essential
