Responsibilities:

• Assist day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to staff onboarding and offboarding, staff probationary period tracking, HR related letters preparation.
• Assisted in recruitment including job postings, screen CV, arrange interviews and preparing employment contracts
• Assist in implementation and administration of training and development activities, including scheduling, logistic supporting, post training activities (i.e. evaluation, follow ups and training record maintenance)
• Support the execution of HR projects and initiatives including but are not limited to employer branding, process improvement and employee engagement
• Data maintenance in HRIS to ensure accurate information are logged on the system
• Assist in preparing regular reports
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related disciplines
• 2-5 years working experience in HR, preferably with HR shared services experience
• Fresh Graduates with proven internship experience is welcome to apply, will offer HR Assistant with less work experience
• Good command of verbal & writing in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team player
• High learning agility and self-motivated
• Experienced in global HRIS would be an advantage
