Responsibilities:

• Provide support in the C&B functions, including payroll calculation, MPF; taxation; performance appraisal and staff welfare
• Responsible for recruitment-related activities, including advertising posting, selection, interview arrangement and onboarding process
• Provide administrative support in Training & Development function
• Maintain and update personal records of employees in HR system
• Prepare the reports and analysis as required by the management
• Prepare the correspondence, notice, memorandum, warning letter and visa letter
• Assist in ad hoc duties and assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the retail industry
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR-related regulations
• Capable to work under pressure and prioritize work with excellent time management skill
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (both Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
