Your Job

• Responsible for support of all-rounded human resources functions including recruitment, learning and development, staff engagement, etc.
• Provide HR support on staff-related issues
• Assist in reviewing HR policies and procedures
• Support the formulation and execution of HR projects and initiatives including but are not limited to employer branding, recruitment, process improvement and employee engagement
• Participate in HR-related ad hoc projects as assigned

To succeed in this role

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 2 years HR experience, preferably HR generalist
• Energetic, proactive, self-motivated, detail-minded with good organizational skills
• Able to perform multi-tasks and work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, strong skill in business writing preferred
• Proficient in general PC skills (MS word, Powerpoint, excel and Chinese Word Processing)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Good team player and strong sense of responsibility
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Labor Ordinance, MPF scheme Ordinance and related regulations
