Job Description

• Provide full secretarial support to the partner and administrative support to an audit team;
• Prepare audit reports, presentation materials, proposals, and different business correspondence such as letters, agenda, minutes, etc.
• Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in Business Administration related fields;
• Fresh graduates are welcome;
• Good command in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Strong communications and adaptability, able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks;
• Well-organised, self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently; and
• Fluency in both verbal and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
