• Provide all-round office administration and clerical support (60%)
• Act as the personal assistant to CEO (40%)
• Support other ad-hoc Company matters or projects as assigned

• Prior experience as Personal Assistant to management is a definite advantage
• Responsible, flexible, independent, detail-minded and strong problem solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Immediate available is highly preferred
