Job Description
Your Responsibility
● Greet visitors and handling incoming calls and enquiries
● Provide professional secretarial and administrative support, and handle personal matters for the Partner
● Handle conference room bookings and set up
● Responsible for general office administrative
● Handle ad hoc assignments from supervisor
Job Requirement
● Degree holder in a related discipline
● Good communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
● Fresh graduates will also be considered
