Responsibilities

• Performing all spectrum of HR function including but not limited to leave record management, MPF, Medical and Insurance, visa application, and preparation of HR-related documents.
• Handling recruitment process, including job posting, CV screenings, interview arrangement, preparation of contract and other relevant documents.
• Performing staff onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Organizing recruitment events including but not limited to on-campus recruitment talk and career fair.
• Implementing and reviewing company policies, and updating the employee handbook accordingly.
• Assisting in ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resource or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing.
• Well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
