Responsibilities

• Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process and orientating new employees.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, leave data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Providing counselling on policies and procedures to employees

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management
• Proven experience as HR officer or similar HR position, experience in retail field is a plus
• Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• More experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
