Responsibilities

• Involve in the daily operation relating to recruitment, payroll, and maintain records in HR database & Information System
• Support in reviewing and implementation of HR policies, procedures and workflow
• Perform general office administrative and clerical supports
• Provide full support to company events and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources Management is an advantage
• Less experience candidate will also be considered
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme ordinance and relevant legislation is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated and able manage multiple tasks
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
