Responsibilities: 

• Assist on sourcing and ordering the cleaning materials/ machinery from various suppliers
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure service or product provided is timely and appropriately, and carry out pricing comparison and negotiation in a professional manner
• Monitor the stock levels of the inventory in the warehouse

• Take good care of the renewal issue for the policy and licence of the company vehicles

• Responsible for general administrative duties and office support 
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• At least 3 years of solid working experience in a sizable company
• Knowledge on various online shopping platform is an advantage
• Knowledge on Odoo (a suite of open source business apps) is a plus
• Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn and grow with the team and company
• Good team player, proactive, self-motivated
• Good organizational, analytical and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & fair Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Admin. Assistant
• Immediate available is highly preferable
