Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Family Office’s business
• Assist in underwriting process to new businesses & provide quality services to clients’ claim application
• Arrange meeting schedules, coordinate social events & make travel arrangements
• Prepare proposals, reports, presentations and other business formal documents
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties on daily business operations
• Handle incoming correspondences, meeting minutes and confidential documents
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in business-related discipline
• 3 years working experience in insurance industry, with PRC background is definitely an advantage
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Pro-active, well organized, detail-minded and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
