Job Specification

• Perform general duties of HR and administrative work
• Provide support for daily office operation
• Responsible for daily clerical support
• Schedule meetings and candidate interviews
• Maintain confidentially and privacy on employee welfare and personnel matters
• Assist in HR administration duties including gathering data from employees, updating attendance and leave record, and maintaining staff personnel files
• Assist other ad-hoc assignments

• Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• At least 2 year relevant experience in HR & Administrative field;
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry is highly preferred; 
• Mature, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure:
• Proficiency in computer knowledge (e.g. Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing):
• Well organized, hardworking, independent and self-motivated;
• Immediately available is preferable;
• Less experience will be considered to Human Resources Assistant;
• 5.5 days of work (Alternate Saturday).
