Job Description
- Handling filing and documentation
- Assist in membership data mining and update
- Assist in the administration process of sales, claims, events and recruitment related activities
- Arrange and provide onsite support for meetings, workshops, interviews, training, etc.
- Provide clerical support for various teams
- Assist in other general office duties as required
- Associate degree holder or above. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Good command of Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
- Good in MS Office including Word and Excel & Chinese typing.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-motivate, willing to learn and hardworking.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service may be on weekdays or weekends during normal or after office hours subject to mutual availability on request base.
Work location: Ngau Tau Kok (3-minute walk from Ngau Tau Kok MTR station, exit A)
