Our client is a global computer game producer that strives for the worldwide distribution of games and provides high-quality gameplay experiences for users. They are now establishing the HK office and seeking an all-round HR Officer to join them to assist in building up the HK team.

Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions in talent recruitment, prepare payroll, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management
• Provide advice and support to all levels of HK employees on HR matters
• Develop and implement HR policies and processes
• Provide professional HR advice to support business strategies and expansion
• Perform full spectrum of office administration functions, such as maintenance, procurement of office supplies, information updates and analytical reports preparation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma holder in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or relevant disciplines
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR administration
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
• A hands-on leader with a strong can-do attitude, excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
