Responsibilities:

-        To perform full spectrum of administrative functions, including Data input and update, filing, and administrative support to F&B outlet

-        Maintain proper filling and documentation of all relevant documents

-        Provide routine operation support to the Human Resources Department, including but not limited to maintain and update staff records, leave and attendance administration, documents filing, data entry, etc.

Requirements:

-        Diploma Holder or above in Business Management / HR Management or related discipline

-        Minimum 1 years' relevant working experience preferably gained in the sizable organizations

-        Proactive, a good team-player with strong sense of responsibilities, multi-task oriented

-        Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
