Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide all-rounded administrative support 
  • Material procurement for office
  • Prepare management report 
  • Lunch ordering
  • Cooperate with internal & external parties for day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year administration experience 
  • Good in spoken Cantonese; basic Putonghua
  • Positive and self-motivated
  • Proficient in MS applications, including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediately available is preferred
