Responsibilities:

• Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
• Attend meetings and take minutes for meetings
• Handle itineraries and travel arrangements
• Liaising and coordinating with all internal and external parties
• Handle personal matters of senior management
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

• University graduate, or;
• With formal secretarial training, or;
• 1- 2 years’ work experience in similar capacity
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization skills to coordinate amongst stakeholders and multiple parties
• Good command on computer usage. Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua would be an advantage
