Job Description

Reporting to Human Resources Manager, Rest of Asia (ROA), this incumbent will support ROA to deliver utmost HR service and advice, while constantly seeks for add value service for the company and employees within the region for the 3 brands - Sandro, Maje and Claudie Pierlot.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end frontline recruitment of ROA (Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia) by direct sourcing. When necessary, manage and work with external service providers to fulfil hiring needs
  • Responsible for new employees’ life cycle from onboarding, probation to departure
  • Prepare recruitment planning & strategy to cope with the fast development and evolvement of the brands
  • Prepare and manage store personnel budget, recruitment budget and reforecast processes as from time to time with Finance team
  • Prepare periodical or ad-hoc statistics and analysis report for management’s review

HRBP

  • Work closely with Retail /Area Managers, be the first contact point for all frontline employee-related issues
  • Ensure employees understand policies, company’s culture, working conditions, benefits and career opportunities
  • Be able to advise on frontline employee performance related issues and suggest follow up action
  • Establish close relationships all frontline employees by regular shop visits and caring calls
  • Ensure clear communications and workflow in the overall HR process and work with C&B team for smooth and on-time payroll management
  • Pay attention to any updates on employee regulations and react according to comply with all necessary regulations
  • Be on top in the market to know about sales commission trending and maintain a comprehensive record for analysis
  • Support the sales staff annual development appraisals and bonus plus salary review exercise 
  • Plan and lead engagement activities and support CSR projects from time to time
  • Prepare periodical or ad-hoc statistics and analysis report for management’s review

Requirements:

  • A university degree in human resources or related disciplines
  • A seasoned HR generalist with at least 6 years’ relevant experience gained from sizeable company (preferably gained from retail industry) with minimum 2 years in Supervisory or above level
  • Fully conversant with HK and Macau Employment regulations. Knowing Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia employment environment would be a plus
  • Mature and proactive with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team player & leader with an entrepreneur spirit
  • Fast pace, flexible and willing to embrace changes and challenges
  • Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, HRIS (HR2) and Chinese word processing
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
