The Role

•          Managing general office work.
•          Accounting for sales and statements.
•          Airline Reservation, Ticketing and Accounting
•          Secretary work

 Major responsibilities include

•          Airline reservation and ticketing with customers and travel agencies
•          Doing the accounting for incoming sales and dealing with the statements.
•          Reporting and Handling customer inquires
•          Handling phone calls from customers and travel agencies
•          Secretary work for the General manager and sales manager
•          Handling the general office work
•          Willing to do the night shift duty as a supervisor of the airline 2 or 3 times per week.         

 The Requirement 

•          Degree or Above
•          Fluently spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
•          Proficient in MS Office
•          Positive attitude with a commitment to work in the aviation industry
•          Korean speaking preferred
