Responsibilities :

• Responsible for wide range of human resources functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits
• Conduct recruitment from posting job ads, scheduling job interviews and providing onboarding and orientation to new hires
• Help in payroll management, preparation and payment
• Provide guidance on employee behavior and conflict resolution
• Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints
• Provide training and development opportunities
• Coordinate HR-related activities and staff events with external and internal parties
• Assist with daily administrative duties that include completing funding or event application
• Conduct research on prospective corporate and market landscape to identify and evaluate current needs and assembles materials needed for the proposals

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree or above in business administration or a related field
• Professional, flexible, appropriate and responsible, able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
• Familiar with computer document operation and Chinese input method
• Good English and Chinese skills, fluent Mandarin is preferred
