Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, compensation and benefit, performance management, staff engagement, training and development
• Manage annual salary review, bonus exercises, staff cost analysis and budgeting
• HR policies, practices & procedures are in compliance with Labor Law, Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
• Engage in HR related projects as need 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline
• With 5-8 years of solid HR generalist experiences
• Experience in a commercial or investment bank is a must 
• Sound knowledge in employment and HR-related laws and regulations, including requirements of the HKMA
• Strong interpersonal skill, self-driven with strong sense of responsibility and capability to work independently
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese and Putonghua
