Job Description
Responsibilities
- General administrative works
- Provide office administration, clerical support, assist in budget preparation and liaise with supplier
- Perform other ad hoc assignments as required
- 5-day work week, Bank Holidays with extra two Friday afternoon off
Requirements
- Form 5 / DSE or above
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Detail-minded, responsible, proactive and able to work independently
- Good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
- Responsible, hardworking, able to multi-task to meet tight schedule
- Immediate available is highly preferred
