Our Client (E-commerce fashion retail company) is looking for an all-round HR Manager.

Responsibilities

• Handle all-around HR function
• Perform annual appraisal, reviews, salary benchmark & budgeting
• Involve in the transformation and enhancement of HR projects
• Development and implementation of HR policies and processes
• Provide professional HR advice to support business strategies and expansion

Requirements         

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• 8 years of HR experience with 3 years in managerial level preferable
• Less exp. will also be considered as junior role
• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Preferably experience in retail industry
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
