Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for personnel data & HR system;
- To handle recruitment activities for general staff;
- To support on monthly payroll calculation;
- To be responsible for attendance system & group benefits;
- To handle the employee engagement activities;
- To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline;
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Human Resources;
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese(including Mandarin);
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
- Initiative, positive, well-organized, detailed- orientated and good interpersonal skills;
- Immediate available will be an advantage.
** Candidate with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer.
