Job Description
My client located at Central and they are looking for an Assistant (Administrative)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for provide administrative duties, daily mail (preparation of letters, correction, formatting, sending out emails and express courier letters)
- Support case management; electronic and paper archiving
- Follow up of cases under the supervision of lawyers
- Database management for the Court procedures
- Preparing Court’s documents and notification of Court’s decisions
Requirement:
- Degree holder
- 1-year administrative experience
- excellent computer skills (mainly Word, but also Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Good in written & spoken English is preferable
Package:
- Double pay
- 5 day work per week
- 15 days annual leave
