Job Description

Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources and administrative support including recruitment, employment contract, staff relations, Payroll/ MPF, staff compensation and benefit package, income tax etc  負責整體人力資源工作，包括僱傭合約，招聘，人事關係，薪酬及強積金供款，福利及稅務事宜等等。

Maintain human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal leave.  記錄所有人仕檔案包括新聘員工，調職，離職，工作類別轉變，績效提高；跟進及記錄員工假期，病假和事假。

Organize company events and staff training.安排及統籌公司活動及員工培訓。

Ad-hoc task assigned by the company，e.g. business trips to Shenzhen, Taiwan, Singapore, etc. 公司分配的臨時任務，例如：出差到深圳，台湾，新加坡等。

Requirements

Bachelor  degree, minimum 3 years solid working experience in human resources role，experienced in talent acquisition.  本科学历， 不少於3年人力資源的工作經驗, 人才招聘經驗丰富

Well-versed in Hong Kong employment law，knowledge of office management systems and procedures  熟悉香港勞工法例, 了解辦公室管理系統和程序

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications熟悉使用辦公軟件

Self-motivated, well-organized, good time management and ability to multitask with prioritize daily workload  積極主動，具有良好組織及時間管理能力，能同時處理多項工作，及能夠按緩急先後安排及處理日常工作

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) 中英文讀寫能力良好（包括粤语及普通话）

Immediate Available is a must 可以尽快入职，年龄在25-40岁最佳
