Responsibilities:

• To handle all-rounded HR functions
• Perform recruitment, orientation, staff benefit & compensation, performance appraisal, staff termination;
• Perform ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years experience in full spectrum of human resources functions in a sizable company
• Independently mature, work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS applications and Chinese Word Processing
