Our client is a finance company which is newly established in HK.  The company is fully owned by a US corporation which is incorporated in various industries.

Responsibilities:

•  Manage all incoming calls, emails, mails.
•  HR function (e.g., recruitment, onboard and offboard etc.) and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
•  Administration function, including maintains file management and office facilities, liaise with varies vendors and suppliers as well as building management etc.
• Organise meetings, events, and business travel when necessary.
• Organise boss’s agenda and attendance for meetings and prepare minutes for follow-up actions.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Work closely with senior management on their operational requirements.

 Requirements:

•  Degree holder in any field/discipline.
•  At least 5-8 years of relevant experience, banking or financial services industry.
•  Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant, Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
•  Proficient in MS Office applications.
•  Responsible, outgoing & proactive attitude.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills both English, Chinese and Mandarin.
