Job Highlights:

• Consolidate bulk HR materials for filing or submission with multiple parties
• Assist in handling bulk HR documents, including but not limited to employment contracts, pension enrollment, offboarding / transfer
• Support daily HR Operation, and work closely with hiring managers and candidates / staff

Responsibilities:

• Support daily HR operation, including Talent Acquisition Operation, On/ Off-boarding and Working Visa Application etc.  
• Work closely with extended HR teams, including but not limited to Service Centre, HR Business Partner Team and Talent Acquisition Partner team for task execution
• Ad hoc HR projects as assigned
• Work for 2-3 days per week

Requirements:

• University student, majoring in Business / Human Resources Management is preferable
• Clerical experience will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel and Word)
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Sense of urgency and can-do attitude
• Immediate availability is preferred
