Your Role

• Provide service support and routine administrative support for the operations team
• Upkeep an efficient filing system
• Issue purchase order to contractors
• Check and verify completion of work orders as well as invoices
• Act as a team representative to communicate with different internal business units
• Undertake different tasks and small projects as assigned by the supervisors

To Succeed in the Role

• DSE or above
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in service support or administrative support, preferably in facilities management, property management or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Oracle procurement system, Maximo system, etc
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
