Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing recruitment administration including interview arrangement
• Assist in ISO compliance project for both internal and external audit
• Provide clerical and administration support for Human Resources Function
• Assist in filling human resources related documents
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• University student majoring in Human Resources Management
• Detail-minded and good team work
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
