Job Description

Our client is an international health insurance provider providing and they are now looking for a Group Office Administrator. Friendly and international environment. Insurance background is a plus. 

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain information from insurer to verify the accuracy and completeness of information on notices sent
  • Duties include reviewing insurance notice to ensure that all questions have been answered, compiling data on insurance policy changes, changing policy type, premiums etc
  • Update existing policies and company records to reflect changes requested by policyholders and insurance company representatives.
  • Process new insurance policies and modifications to existing policies
  • Make sure that policy documents have been sent out in time to policyholders 
  • Analyze renewal terms of group policies
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail, quality and accuracy, good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit;
  • Good sense of customer service and responsibility;
  • Good problem solving ability
  • Good IT skills, particularly Excel
  • Previous experience of operations management or the Insurance industry
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
