Job Description
Our client is an international health insurance provider providing and they are now looking for a Group Office Administrator. Friendly and international environment. Insurance background is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain information from insurer to verify the accuracy and completeness of information on notices sent
- Duties include reviewing insurance notice to ensure that all questions have been answered, compiling data on insurance policy changes, changing policy type, premiums etc
- Update existing policies and company records to reflect changes requested by policyholders and insurance company representatives.
- Process new insurance policies and modifications to existing policies
- Make sure that policy documents have been sent out in time to policyholders
- Analyze renewal terms of group policies
- Attention to detail, quality and accuracy, good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit;
- Good sense of customer service and responsibility;
- Good problem solving ability
- Good IT skills, particularly Excel
- Previous experience of operations management or the Insurance industry
- Fluent in English and Chinese
